CLAIM YOUR CME

To claim your CME, you must submit an online evaluation by Monday, April 18, 2022.

STEP ONE | CME Evaluation

  • Submit evaluation by Monday, April 18, 2022

STEP TWO | CME Certificate

  • Let us know how you’d like to receive your CME certificate. We ask this question on the evaluation. 
  • CME evaluations will be sent no later than Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
  • Your MyCME page will be updated up to six weeks after the Annual Meeting.
